I’ve watched this fully for the last 2 days and I myself have a special needs young adult son that you can believe me when I say I would not stop till someone heard me I would spend every resource I had and waking hour till my boy was released and then we would sue them for everything they got and i would move to a different location so that small Wisconsin town would not be able to pin anything else on any other family member. Every fiber of my being wouldn’t stop till I seen my son get Justice. However I do understand why Theresa’s family feels the way they do cuz of all the false evidence that was pumped into their minds

I also have a special needs son. He's in elementary school so not an adult. But I will tell you that I would NEVER sign off on him being interviewed one-on-one with detectives. NEVER. No matter what they told me.. She said she didn't sign off on it, but she must have or that would have been thrown out immediately. It's so sad what happened to Brendan. I have no clue if Avery did it, but they definitely used Brendan to form a storyline to better convict Avery with. The fact that these judges have watched this interrogation video and thought it was just fine is appalling.

Bull a shizzle if his guilty in guilty worse thing I've ever watched in my whole life can't believe Brendan was interviewd with out a guardian glad his being realesed and if the state know what's good for them they won't appeal against it!!!! Free avery!!!!!!!!

I'm Alissa from Nebraska I just got done watching it and I believe that both Steven and Brendan is inoccent. For one the vile of blood that got tampered with from the 1985 case and also the bones of "humans" was not human bones it was animal bone because they killed rodents and deer and burned animals. Part of me believes that someone from the sheriffs dept who worked the 1985 case may of helped set Steven up and also part of me believes that it was someone in her family or even the ex boyfriend. After watching this I now wanna become a crime scene investigator because some people are inoccent but some people are just to blind to see it. Also I think that someone on the jury knew Theresa but didn't want to admit to it. Thank you and if you have anything to add please do

And imagine just how many other innocent lives have been destroyed. Because it isnt just the poor soul who's locked in a cage like an animal! Oh... no wait... we treat our DOGS better then our fellow man in America. Its no wonder that we have THE highest amount of prisoners in the entire world! Prison is FOR PROFIT too... but thats a whole nother can of worms! But we musnt wait to speak up in opposition until it effects our lives personally because by then its too late :'-(

Oh my gosh I just binge watched Making a Murderer, and that's what I said...that dude is shady, I don't like him. Why did he seem to already know she was dead before they found the body, and why would somebody's EX boyfriend be leading a search party to find them? And the girl, the only person they leant a camera to, just happens to find her car, 20 minutes after she starts looking? I don't think so. And the erased voicemails, come the f*ck on, I may be dumb but I ain't plum dumb lol

I think since he spent 18 years in prison for something that was proven he did not do he deserves a second trial on this charge I myself do not believe he did this murder I mean he was just about to receive a big cash settlement from the state then boom they arrest him again and plus to much stuff just don't add up so with that being said I think he should get a second hearing

Brendon was forced into saying those things and being a minor led by impression . The police force should be ashamed of there selfs

He's guilty as hell!! Child molestor and a crank dealer!! He killed Theresa and they can't figure out where! I wanna watch season 2!! He stalked Theresa for 3 months prior to her death and he has threatened to kill his gf while she was in the bath tub(gonna toss a toaster in with her). Dig into averys past just a little bit and you'll find yourself on an investigation for more and more evidence! However another theory is Steven called her out and Brendan's brother and the other guy who went "hunting" waited on Theresa to get to the residence and they kidnapped her and took her out in the woods

Please please renew for second season if for nothing else to keep up w mom and dad!
I know Steven is innocent! !! I have a few theories of whwho it was that actually ended Teresa''s life!!! I'd give my life if I could prove his innocence! For a month or so I kept passing the show up but yesterday I gave it a chance and was so into it within the first 5 mins, I watched the entire season all at once, I yelled at the TV quite a bit lol. Feel like I missed my calling, should be a detective ;).
In closing, thank you so much for introducing them to me!! PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!!
