About the show
Rogue is a Canadian-American crime and police drama that follows Grace, a morally and emotionally conflicted undercover detective, as she tried to solve her son’s mysterious death. Co-produced by DitecTV’s Audience Network and Canadian premium services Movie Central and The Movie Network, season 1 of Rogue premiered on Audience Network on April 3, 2015 with the last and final fourth season starting on March 22nd, 2017.
Set in Oakland, Northern California, the series is actually filmed in Vancouver, Canada. Grace Travis (Thandie Newton) is an undercover police detective working in Oakland on a personal mission to solve the mystery sounding her son’s death. Her Rogue ways as an undercover cop have taken a toll on her personal life. Each season, Grace faces new challenges like helping the FBI tak force investigate corporate espionage in San Francisco, or uncovering the connection between white-collar boardrooms and the gangs of Chicago. The fourth and final season will bring everyone back to San Francisco, where everybody seeks their own kind of closure.
Overall ratings and the end for Rogue after season 4
Rogue is one of those shows, which divide viewers and critics as far apart as possible. Some give it great reviews such as a solid 7.6 out of 10 on TV.com, others agree with the very low 38% overall approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes and then there are those who rather stay neutral, like those giving a somewhat unimpressive 6.9 out of 10 stars on IMDb. The show was picked up for another fourth season, but it was also decided that it would be its last. Maybe that was merely not to leave any loose ends and giving the show a proper ending. In any case, the last episode of this final series will air on May 3rd, 2017.

Few shows have achieved the writing excellence that was demonstrated with series, "Grimm", but "Rogue" is right there with it.
Too bad the show was cancelled but this is a show for sophisticated audiences that want to be challenged by the shows they watch...
The other underworld dramas that came partially near it were "The Brotherhood" and "Breaking Bad". Farewell to great entertainment......... ?
Can't wait for season 4 to start, hope y'all make it a end all bang up job. God willing it will be resurrected and make a return sometime in the future.
