About the show

Million Dollar Listing San Francisco is a new American reality TV series and part of the successful Million Dollar Listing franchise that’s also featured Los Angeles, New York and Miami. The series follows three high profile real estate agents and their prestigious property listings in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. Produced by World of Wonder, the series debuted on Bravo on July 8, 2015.

Justin Fichelson, Andrew Greenwell, and Roh Babibi are all ambitious, and extremely competitive real estate brokers working on million dollar listings in one of the most cutthroat markets — San Francisco Dealing with demanding clients, who have made it in the tech industry of nearby Silicon Valley, the agents spend their time strategizing to make the best deals possible.

Season 1 of Million Dollar Listing San Francisco premiered on Bravo to a healthy 766,000 viewers, but dropped down to 430,000 in its second episode. As the fourth installment of the franchise, the series did well as far as ratings is concerned, but the network has made no comments regarding a possible renewal for a second season. Luckily there are other series that fans can follow, regardless of weather there will be a Million Dollar Listing San Francisco season 2. Either way, fans will need to wait a while to see if Bravo greenlights a casting call or announces the renewal for the show.

Latest news

UPDATED April 29, 2016: The fourth installment of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing franchise, Million Dollar Listing San Francisco, has been canceled after just one season. The network announced no reason for not going forward with the series, but according to some sources it seems that following the departure of Roh Habibi from the show, the producers were not able to find a replacement for him in time to remain on the programming slate. Meanwhile, even though the San Francisco segment has not had much luck, the fans of the Million Dollar Listing franchise still have the Miami, New York and Los Angeles installments to enjoy.

Loved the show and was so surprised how expensive the properties were. It made Selling LA look poverty stricken. We liked all the realtors- especially Justin.

I love this show and hope it gets renewed, especially since I once lived there. Spectacular real estate in SF, Marin and Peninsula. They could have an episode focused on Marin properties. Like the varied personalities of cast, though they could add a fourth person to stir it up!

If it comes back they need to re-tool the cast. Roh was a good and unusual choice (as a straight Muslim having to deal with many gay clients). Andrew had the makings of a good character, but he came across as arrogant and unlikeable. Justin is a joke.

I think you're right- casting was the issue and finding the "right" replacement is imperative to shows success. That being said, it was pretty evident Justin was the star of the show.
