The reality TV series WAGS LA is the newly renamed original show from the popular WAGS franchise on the American network E!, which has been on the air since August 2015. Since then, the show has been renewed several times and also created a number of spinoffs, including WAGS Miami and WAGS Atlanta. The show hails from the production company Machete Productions and is executive produced by Amber Mazzola, Lori Gordon and James DuBose. On November 5th, 2017 the latest season 3 kicked off with brand new episodes.
WAGS is short for Wives And Girlfriends of Sports Stars – which immediately explains what this show is about. These ladies have everything they could ever dream of: besides the sporty blokes they get to marry, they also swim in wealth, mansions, diamonds and fame. As not many people are part of this small elite group, these WAGS are usually pretty close friends, at least on the outside. Obviously, where there are rich, spoiled girls – there will be plenty of drama, screaming, crying, make-up and fake lashes, and more drama. (With more make-up.) Sasha Gates will do everything to remain the head of the group and protect the hierarchy, as her husband is a veteran professional football player. The other ladies, who are also linked to professional sports personalities, will have to follow. The cast for WAGS LA season 3 includes regulars Nicole Williams, Autumn Ajirotutu, Natalie Halcro, Barbie Blank, Sasha Gates, Olivia Pierson and newcomers Amber Nichole Miller, Dominique Penn and Michelle Quick.
