Kaiser Karl Season 1 is Coming in 2024

Daniel Brühl has been tapped to star as late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld in the six-part series. Also starring are Théodore Pellerin as Jacques de Bascher; Arnaud Valois as Yves Saint Laurent; Alex Lutz as Pierre Bergé; Agnès Jaoui as Gaby Aghion; Sunnyi Melles as Marlene Dietrich; Jeanne Damas as Paloma Picasso; Claire Laffut as Loulou de la Falaise; and Paul Spera as Andy Warhol. Production is underway with Jérôme Salle and Audrey Estrougo directing three installments each. Isaure Pisani-Ferry, Jennifer Have and Raphaëlle Bacqué created the project with Gaumont's Isabelle Degeorges and Jour Premier's Arnaud de Crémiers executive producing. (Source: variety.com)
