The Equalizer 3 is an upcoming American vigilante action film helmed by director Antoine Fuqua. Serving as the final installment of The Equalizer trilogy, which draws inspiration from the TV series of the same name, it follows the success of its predecessor, The Equalizer 2 (2018). The film stars Denzel Washington, reprising his role as Robert McCall, a retired U.S. Marine and former DIA officer known for his unwavering pursuit of justice. Joining Washington are Dakota Fanning, David Denman, Sonia Ammar, and Remo Girone.

The film marks the on-screen reunion of Washington and Fanning, who last appeared together in 2004's Man on Fire. The collaboration between Washington and Fuqua continues, building upon their previous successful projects, including Training Day (2001), The Equalizer (2014), The Magnificent Seven (2016), and The Equalizer 2 (2018).

The Equalizer 3 is slated for release on September 1, 2023, distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing.

I was a big fan of the original series with Edward Woodward but Have never and will never watch any of these movies or the poor excuse for a series that is out of the same name it is an injustice what these people are done to the character.
