About the series
My Knight and Me is a French-Belgian CGI-animated children's series with a focus on adventures and comedy. The show is produced by Team TO, Cake Entertainment and Thuristar, with Perrine Gauthier and Corinne Kouper executive producing. Plankton Invasion's Joeri Christaen is the creator and director. Curiously, the series was originally produced in English, German, Flemish and French, and was launched in the United States on January 2, 2017, as a part of the global roll-out campaign, following the show's debut in Belgium, France and the United Kingdom. The show targets the 6-10 demographic.
The series is set in the medieval times where streetsmart Jimmy the Squire, his daring tomboy friend Cat the Princess and his dad, good-natured, yet somewhat inept chivalrous knight Henri of Orange embark on hilarious kingdom-saving missions. The Dark Ages just got a bit brighter, and definitely a lot funnier. The main cast of the animated series is voiced by Jules de Jongh, Kaycie Chase and David Gasman.
