Sweet 15: Quinceanera is a new reality television series focusing on a traditional rite-of-passage for Latina girls who are turning fifteen. The show is produced by High Noon Entertainment and was released in November 2016 on the TLC network, famous for its diverse programming. The second season followed on September 27, 2016.
The transition from childhood into womanhood is a cause for celebration in many traditional cultures – there's the all-American Sweet 16 celebration or the bat mitzvah, and in Latin American cultures the Quinceanera is celebrated in a grand style. In Miami there's Bella Quinces to take care of your party – a family-owned shop that existed in Puerto Rico prior to its relocation to Miami 25 years ago. Today cousins Alexis Fernandez and Jarling Perez run the shop and make the families' dream of a perfect party come true. Bella Quinces is not just a gown and accessory shop – they are the party planners of many people's dreams, keeping a tradition alive with a flair. From a photo shoot in Paris to a bikini photo shoot with an alligator, or a professional music video with top-notch choreography and costume changes, they can make anyone’s dream come true.
