Amazon Studios has commissioned a new animated series based on the popular game franchise, "Angry Birds." The series, consisting of 24 episodes, will be helmed by showrunner Eric Rogers and follows the adventures of three hatchlings named Mia, Rosie, and Buddy, along with a piglet named Hamylton. During their island getaway, the young characters are accidentally catapulted onto an uncharted island. Left to explore the unfamiliar terrain without adult supervision, they must work together to uncover the island's secrets and find a way back home.
The voice cast for the series features talented actors Harvey Guillén, Kate Micucci, Dominic Monaghan, and Nasim Pedrad. In addition to Rogers, the executive producers of the show include Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Antonio Canobbio, and Ben Kalina from Titmouse, a renowned animation studio.
